We assist students with orientation, integration and enculturation.
We intervene with student academic performance issues and participate in parent-teacher meeting.
We handle students’ host home issues, if any.
We offer support regarding effective ways to incorporate students with limited English in their classroom.
We assist the students with the extension of their Visa and Study Permit required to continue to study in Canada.
We translate and forward students’ report cards, progress reports, parent-teacher meeting reports, and other documents and emails from the school to the parents.
We contact parents on students’ school issues, homestay issues, emergency, and medical conditions. We work together to solve the problems with efficient communications among students, parents, homestay families and schools.
